How does the cimbalom travel?

The instrument and the shipping cases weigh more than 300 lbs. and travel by air cargo. This is the large trunk--custom made for this particular instrument. A second case (suitcase size) carries the dampening mechanism and legs.

The current director of the Schwob School of Music works with students, faculty, staff, the Columbus State University Dean of the College of Arts and Letters, Advancement Office, CSU Foundation, RiverCenter Staff, the Patrons of Music, the Atlanta Symphony, GPB, and other constiuencies. He also performs and will issuing journal reports from appearences with the Minnesota Orch, New York Phil, Oklahoma City Phil, and the St. Paul Chamber Orch.
